here is a step by step:
1. Open up winamp.
2. click on "PL" which is playlist Editor
3. click on REM it will have a drop down menu, click Clear Playlist or Clear PL.
This will get rid of the last thing that was on there.
4. Click ADD, you'll see another drop down menu, if your songs are in 1 folder, then click "add folder" if they are in other folders, you'll have to add files, try to keep your music in 1 folder, it will be more helpful in the long run.
5. Once you add your music, you'll see them load up in the playlist editor.
6. Click Misc, and click the last option, Misc and click Generate HTML playlist or (ctrl+alt+G)
Then you'll see a page pop up on your internet browser, like the blue one I showed you, it's going to be saved in your:
C:/DOCUME~1/Owner/LOCALS~1/Temp/WHT74.tmp.html
Assuming you have something like that, you'll see a file like this one:
WHT74.tmp.html
or it could be:
WHT01.tmp.html
Assuming you've never made one before.
If you plan to publish it in a website, you'll need to upload that file to your ftp.
You can also save it as: Station/DJ_playlist.html
make sure it has an extension of .html or it will open up as a text file, which isn't bad either, but it won't be dynamic with the blue background as well.
An example of a modified playlist.html is located here:
