Also revealed were the tunes' accompanying performance venues, which include the Cavern Club and Shea Stadium. The singer-songwriter charged that McCain, the Republican National Committee and the Ohio Republican Party had used the tune without authorization, and that its usage falsely implied that Browne endorsed the candidate. As part of the resolution, McCain and the other defendants issued an apology for using the tune without permission.</div>

Bannister cites as evidence the "volume of wine [that was] saturated right through [Hendrix's] hair and shirt [and filled] his lungs and stomach." As previously reported, one-time Hendrix roadie <b>James "Tappy" Wright</b> alleges in his new <a href="http://www.rockroadie.net/">memoir</a> that the axeman's late manager <b>Michael Jeffrey</b> admitted to killing the rock icon.</div>

The guitarist, who currently plays with <b>Grand Funk Railroad</b>, promises that "photos and artwork [for the disc will be] coming in August . . . and news after that for the official release date." <i>BK3</i> will <a href="http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=123835">feature</a> contributions from Kiss' <b>Gene Simmons</b> and <b>Eric Singer</b>, as well as from Simmons' son, <b>Nick</b>, and one-time <b>Mötley Crüe</b> singer <b>John Corabi</b>.</div>
